## What is Shiftin One?

Shiftin One runs the everyday work of a shift-based business in Canada: scheduling, clocking in, timesheets and payroll — in one place, from the same set of hours.

Built for cafés, restaurants, retail, clinom a single location to a dozen.


THREE WAYS TO CLOCK IN — USE ANY OR ALL

• Their own phone. One tap. Add a geofencekplace.
• An NFC card at the door. Hold a phone agis recorded, even with the app closed.Nothing to set up per person, and it works where GPS wanders indoors.
• A shared tablet. Staff punch with their own PIN — nobody needs a phone at all. Private mode hides the roster where who's on shift is confidential.

SCHEDULING THAT TAKES MINUTES

Build the week, copy last week, and publish — your team is notified the second it goes out. Staff pick up open shifts, swap or give one up, and nothing cAvailability lives on each person's ownscreen, so you build around what they told you.


TIMESHEETS THAT WRITE THEMSELVES

Every punch becomes hours, overtime and esch, approve a correction, and the totalsfollow. Nothing is retyped between clocking in and getting paid.


PAYROLL BUILT FOR CANADA

Income tax, CPP, CPP2 and EI calculated fotually works in — all ten provinces andthree territories, Québec included (QPP and QPIP).
