## What is Shiftlyx?

Shiftlyx is a shift planner built by a nurse, for everyone who works shifts. Not a calendar with a night mode bolted on. A planner that understands a run of nights is a different physiological state, that a long day and a night shift on the same date means nobody is home, and that "are you free Thursday" is a harder question than any office worker will ever have to answer.

Built first for healthcare  nurses, paramedics, doctors, midwives, healthcare assistants  because that is the hardest version of the problem. It works the same way for police, fire, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, security, and anyone else living on a rota.
