## What is ShiftMile?

ShiftMile turns every drive into a clean, reviewable mileage record, automatically.

Built for rideshare drivers, delivery couriers, gig workers and anyone who drives for work, ShiftMile detects drives in the background, records a precise GPS route while you drive, and gives you the final say before a trip counts as business mileage.

AUTOMATIC, BATTERY-SMART TRACKING
• Detects drives on its own, with no need to open the app or press start
• Low-power standby between trips; precise GPS only during a confirmed drive
• Start and stop a trip manually whenever you want full control
• Tracking Health shows permissions, accuracy and tracking status at a glance

REVIEW EACH DRIVE IN SECONDS
• See every trip's route on a map with start, end, time and distance
• Classify trips as Business, Personal, Medical or Charity
• Save reusable trip purpose tags such as "Food delivery" or "Client meeting" and apply them with one tap
• A mileage quality score and separately listed estimated miles keep your records transparent
• ShiftMile never invents a business purpose. You confirm every business trip

TAX-READY MILEAGE REPORTS
• Running totals of reviewed business miles and your potential deduction
• IRS standard business mileage rates for 2026 built in
• Export a CSV by tax year with dates, times, category, purpose, route details and mileage values for your tax professional or your own files

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your trip history is stored on your iPhone, with no developer-operated tracking server
• No account or sign-up required
• Addresses are looked up with Apple's location services

MADE FOR IPHONE
• English and Simplified Chinese, switchable inside the app
• Light and Dark Mode

FREE, WITH AN OPTIONAL LIFETIME PRO
Automatic tracking, trip review and your dashboard are free. Free reports include a 5-trip sample. Lifetime Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks complete, full-history CSV reports. No subscription.

ShiftMile is a mileage-recording tool and does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice. Please verify your records and their tax treatment with a qualified professional.
