Shiftora is the all-in-one attendance and workforce management app built for retail stores, restaurants, salons, and any business with hourly or shift-based employees.

See who is present, late, or absent right now — from every store, at a glance. Attendance records update instantly and sync across all devices.

FACE RECOGNITION CHECK-IN
Employees check in and out in under 2 seconds using face recognition — no cards, no PINs to remember, no buddy punching. InspireFace AI runs fully on-device for fast, privacy-respecting detection. A PIN fallback is always available.

SMART SHIFT SCHEDULING
Create reusable shift templates (Morning, Evening, Night), set recurring schedules by day of week or month, and assign them to individual employees or groups. Overrides let you handle one-off changes without touching the template.

ATTENDANCE REPORTS & EXPORTS

This update focuses on payroll accuracy, manager tools, and day-to-day reliability.

New:
- A setup checklist now appears on the owner dashboard to walk new accounts through adding stores, employees, and shifts
- Set a weekly overtime threshold per store
- Managers can view and claim open shifts from their dashboard, and edit their own attendance hours (approval still requires another manager/owner)
- Employees are shown their check-in PIN right after signup, and it's emailed to them too

Improved:
- Payroll preview now matches the exported PDF/CSV exactly — no more surprises at export time
- Payroll now correctly attributes hours to an employee's home store when they work across multiple stores
- Faster report and payroll loading
- Screens now refresh automatically when data changes (new shifts, leave requests, etc.) instead of requiring a manual pull-to-refresh

- Fixed a bug where tapping outside a photo picker could accidentally delete your profile photo

• Attendance records now show who edited, submitted, or approved each entry, so it's always clear what changed and by whom.
• Shared/kiosk devices: store-code login is now built right into the sign-in screen, with tablets defaulting to the faster store-code flow.
