## What is Shiftovo?

Someone called off. You're still covered.

Shiftovo connects restaurants, tasting rooms, inns, caterers and event venues with verified local hospitality workers for last-minute shifts. It is launching first in McMinnville and Newberg, Oregon.

FOR BUSINESSES
• Post a backup shift in a few taps, from your schedule or with Quick post, no schedule needed
• Your Backup Bench (your favorite workers) hears about the shift first, then verified workers nearby
• Require the credentials the shift needs, like an OLCC Service Permit or a food handler card. Only workers with those credentials verified get the offer
• See the legal minimum wage for your location before you post
• An 18% service fee shown before you confirm, added on top of the worker's pay. No subscription
• Upload your schedule from a photo, PDF or spreadsheet, or connect your scheduling tool
• Review workers after each shift; reviews are double-blind

FOR WORKERS
• Pick the shifts you want, when you want; no minimum hours
• Every offer shows the pay, the distance and why you matched before you accept
• The business pays our fee on top. It never comes out of your pay
• Add your roles, skills and permits once; get offers that fit
• Check in and out from your phone, with Live Activities on your lock screen and Apple Watch support

TRUST AND SAFETY
• Identity verification for every worker
• Permits and certifications reviewed before a worker can take shifts that require them
• Double-blind reviews so neither side can retaliate

Shiftovo is opening zone by zone. If your area isn't open yet, join the list in the app and we'll let you know.
