Terrible. It’s literally problem after problem with this app. ### 1/5 — Forced into this app from my job *2019-02-10, version 2.1.5* It’s complete garbage, and our first paycheck is now going to be late. Using ShiftPixy is like going to the library to check out books, but the librarian just puts them all back on the shelf. This app is the worst! I have been trying to upload my ssn card for 30 minutes and it still won’t load. I started at 10:50 pm it’s 12:20 the next day and I’m still not done. Why would anybody use this app?? ### 1/5 — Tries to solve a problem that doesn’t exist *2019-12-16, version 3.0.2* This app is so annoying. It’s not that hard to just fill out some forms, instead I have to go through this stupid chat bot thing that takes way longer than it needs to. I think it honestly makes filling out tax forms harder and more annoying. I can fill out an i9 in 2 minutes, but this makes me go at its pace. Including having to wait while it sends tiny bits of info like your birthday and taking you back to the “hello I’m pixy” screen every time you look at one of the forms. Plus you can’t pick up where you left off. I didn’t have my passport on me when I started filling out the forms, and now that I have it I have to start all over again. Also my employer doesn’t have direct deposit or the pay card thing but I still have to enter info for one of those things. I should be able to skip that. Also when you look at the forms the print is tiny and illegible and you can’t even pinch to zoom or put the phone in landscape mode to see all the text. This app is poorly designed, a stupid waste of time and I’m very annoyed that my employer uses it. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Even Work *2019-08-02, version 3.0.1* This app is pointless. It leads you to a chatbot from a website that asks for your info and then just repeats itself.
