Key Features
Shift Management — Create, update, and view shifts with day grid and time grid calendar views 
(FullCalendar).
Swap Requests — Employees can create swap requests, sick leave, and time-off requests with date, 
shift type, job type, and availability.
Swap Room — Managers and admins browse, approve, and manage swap requests in a centralized

Claim Swaps — Employees can claim other team members’ available swaps to fll coverage gaps.

Registration supports two fows: owner (business setup) and employee (join via secret code).
How It Works
1. Registration & Login — Users sign up as business owners or employees (via invite code). JWT-based 
authentication secures access.
2. Dashboard — After login, users land on a Quick Start guide and can access calendar, swap requests, 
chat, forum, and other modules based on role.
3. Swap Workfow — Employees create swap/sick/time-off requests; managers review in Swap Room; 
employees can claim others’ swaps; approvals fow through the system.
4. Communication — Chat for direct messages, forum for discussions, notifcations and mailbox for 
updates.
5. Admin Confguration — Business and Sub Admins confgure shift types, blockout days, permissions, 
and bulk upload users.
