For instance, you cannot add recipes developed for the program which is a huge negative. ### 1/5 — Misses the mark but has promise *2024-10-07* I find that the foundation of this app is great however the apps integrations are lacking. It doesn’t track Active Calories or Workouts from Apple Health app. Seems like a missed opportunity since it has exercise on the front page which is useless unless you like manually populating this. Accessing and finding foods can be tedious as it has foods that are not approved on plan. For a food tracking app this is critical. Also background syncing seems non-existent as the app doesn’t update and sync with server till it’s opened. Definitely needs improving as I’d prefer to use an app than a paper planner but at this point the paper planner might be the way to go. ### 4/5 — Needs improvement *2021-02-20* I love it but it will be nice if it has the option to see the sodium in food as well and a time snapped will be good too so that the coach can see the times that we’re eating ### 3/5 — Needs some improvement *2020-01-28* Creating recipes, sizes and servings is still a little confusing.
