## What is ShiftsGo Staff?

ShiftsGo Staff is the mobile app for security guards using ShiftsGo.

Guards can view assigned shifts, clock in and out, take breaks, complete patrols, scan QR and NFC checkpoints, submit incident reports, and keep supervisors updated while working on site.

During an active shift, ShiftsGo Staff helps verify attendance and patrol activity with time-stamped and location-stamped records. Tracking pauses during breaks and stops when the guard clocks out.

Key features:
- View upcoming and active shifts
- Clock in and out from assigned sites
- Take and end breaks during a shift
- Complete patrol checkpoints with QR or NFC scans
- Submit incident reports with details and photos
- Receive shift and tracking notifications
- Keep patrol and attendance records synced with supervisors

ShiftsGo Staff is built for security teams that need reliable proof of attendance, patrol completion, and field activity.
