## What is ShiftSteward?

The sign-up sheet, in your pocket.

ShiftSteward is how volunteers at schools and churches see what needs filling and put their name on it — without a group text chain or a spreadsheet nobody can find.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See every shift your organization has posted, filtered down to the ones with open spots
• Take a slot on a numbered sign-up sheet — the same sheet you know, minus the clipboard
• Cancel when plans change; your spot opens back up for someone else
• Get a reminder before each shift by push, email, or text
• Message everyone in your organization, your group, or just the people on a shift
• Watch your volunteer hours add up

FOR COORDINATORS
Mark attendance right on the roster on the day of the shift, reach a volunteer by phone or email when you need to, and see who is scheduled at a glance in the day view.

HOW IT WORKS
Your coordinator invites you by email or a join link and posts shifts from shiftsteward.com. Everything you need as a volunteer lives in this app.

Volunteers never pay anything. Organizations subscribe on the web.
