## What is ShiftTrek?

ShiftTrek puts your work schedule, time clock and time-off requests in your pocket. It connects to your company's ShiftTrek account: sign in with the details your employer gives you.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• See your shifts for the week, with times, role and branch
• Clock in and out, and start and end breaks, from your phone
• If your company requires it, ShiftTrek checks your location or takes a photo when you clock in or out, and only then
• Check your timesheet and hours worked
• Request time off, follow its status, and sign on your phone when your company asks for a signature
• Swap shifts with coworkers, or pick up open shifts
• Tell your manager which days you prefer or can't work
• See who you're working with
• Read company announcements
• Get notified when your schedule changes or a request is answered

FOR MANAGERS
• Dashboard: who's scheduled, clocked in, on break, late or absent today
• A live board of who's working right now
• One inbox for time off, shift swaps, late excuses and punch reports. Approve or reject in a tap, with e-signatures where your company uses them
• Build the week's schedule: add, edit and delete shifts, copy a week, mark days off, then publish and notify your team
• Switch between your own shifts and managing your team in one tap

MADE FOR REAL WORKPLACES
• Several branches or companies? Switch without signing out
• Times shown in your branch's time zone
• Light and dark mode

ShiftTrek needs an account set up by your employer. Don't have one? Ask your manager.
