There is no contrast anymore which makes it difficult to see. Almost always have to exit out and refresh every time you want to go into the app. It does not load on the first try. Visually worse than the old version. This new version shuts down when I click on a dept and I’ll have to reopen. There is no easy way to view my entire staff as they’ve made all the text blocks huge. Multiple disciplines and you just want to see who called in for a specific role? Too bad. Scroll, guess, and cross your fingers. I’ve essentially stopped using the app because it is less work to haul out my laptop and log in via 2FA than it is to try to determine if the most basic things via this app. Please develop a better manager’s view or some sort of snapshot. I don’t think anyone wants to scroll through a list of 40-50 names to try to divine out who is working, who called in, etc. I’m glad I can see a role and shift has an opening, but that doesn’t tell me who was supposed to have been in that shift. ### 1/5 — Horrible layout - too spread out, no contrast - everything blends together *2026-05-20* The new format is so spread out which makes it more difficult to view who is scheduled without endless scrolling. The new format also makes it difficult to view because there is not contrast. The previous version had contrasting backgrounds which made it easy to view the small dots. I rarely use this app anymore. ### 1/5 — Glitchy and unusable *2026-05-13* The new app is AWFUL! It is super glitchy and will show one staff on the schedule 5 times and on hours that they don’t even work/are not scheduled for!! Functionality is limited (which is normal for shiftwizard app) but I shouldn’t have to tell my staff to look at their schedule on desktop just so they know their actual time. They made an awful app even worse with this “update” ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Error when logging in *2026-04-02, version 1.4.9* I have no issue logging in on a computer but on the app when I go to SSO login it requests company url. I hit Shands and it acts like it’s going to let me log in but the screen goes black with an error code. Please fix ### 5/5 — New app is so much faster *2026-03-18* Much faster!! It’s easy to see who I’m working with and when. Love that I can export to my Apple calendar that I share with my husband and kids. Also love that I know exactly where to find my messages AND leadership is able to remove me from group messages so I’m not spammed anymore.
