I love using Shifu! It’s a great way to have a nutritionist and exercise coach right in my pocket. I love to cook my own foods and Shifu makes sure that I stay on track with my health goals and gives me meal ideas every day. I’m new to working out consistently and love to be able to ask questions on what is right for me and get answers backed by real coaches everyday. So many great resources all in one app, I can’t begin to list them all here. Try it out yourself, you wont regret it!
