宿泊予約確定メールに「シギラ公式アプリ」の事前ダウンロードで2000pもらえるとあり、インストールしたがポイントをもらえなかった。レビューにあった通り、再度登録の手間や、ホテル関係の予約は結局外部にとぶので、便利とは感じない。アンインストールします。

アプリ登録したら2000ポイント貰えた。が、お土産屋では使えない、食事か宿泊で、と言われてレストランで使おうとしたらレストラン（horizon鉄板焼）はなぜか使えないと言われたので宿泊（サンタモニカ）で使おうとしたら次回ご宿泊でお使いください、と言われ、尚且つ精算時にポイントもつけてくれず、インストールしたのが無駄だった。
各種レストラン割引クーポンも前日（1/1）まではあったのに1/2には大部分が消えていた（当初の使用期間は1／5？迄と載っていた）。
登録入力に手間がかかる割にはいざ使用しようとしたら何にも使えない。
あとサンタモニカフロントも、2,000ポイントは次回で、とか言いながらアプリあるのわかっているはずなのにポイントつけてくれない。お正月で支払い料金高いからポイントつけたくないのか？と勘繰るレベル。帰宅後、即アンインストールした。

It’s great to find where restaurants etc. are relative to where you are but the posted opening days and hours are often incorrect, which makes it frustrating to arrive at a location to find it closed.  If they incorporated directions, much like the navigation app the golf carts onsite use, that would be a huge improvement. It’s sometimes not clear what the best pedestrian route is between points

黄金温泉をアプリで予約しようとしたら、メンバー登録が必要だったため登録をしました。
その後、アプリから遷移したウェブページで温泉の予約をすすめていたら、メンバーで予約するかメンバー登録して予約するか選ぶ画面になり、すでに登録していたため「メンバーで予約」を選択しました。
すると再び会員情報登録の画面になりました。
会員として既に登録しているのになぜもう一度入力させるのかわかりません。
アプリから予約できると謳っていますが、結局ウェブページに遷移するためアプリをいれるメリットもあまりわかりません。
