Run by Monica Haldar (who has been on The Hairy Bikers), she offers live cooking once a month via Zoom, whereby all members can follow and query as they go along. All dishes come from different parts of India which make it extra special. The library of dishes are comprehensive and include follow-along videos as well as the necessary ingredients and written instructions. “Classroom” courses are also available around the Midlands for face to face workshops and lessons. Whereas originally, all this was via web browsers, this App brings it all together in a neat way, making access to the comprehensive contents, easy and enjoyable.
