## What is Shiloh Operations?

Shiloh puts your church's day‑to‑day operations in one place, built for the staff and volunteers who keep the building running.

Sign in with your church's app URL and go straight to the work that matters:

• Facilities — Work through the maintenance queue, create requests, set priorities and due dates, and attach photos from the field.
• Climate — See every building thermostat at a glance and adjust heat, cool, fan, or hold without walking to the wall unit.
• Purchases — Submit purchase requests, log church‑card spend with receipts, and route each one through the right approval chain.
• Approvals — Approve or deny purchases and facility budgets in a tap, with the full context in front of you.
• Venue — Review the room schedule, layouts, and setup requirements for upcoming events.
• PTO — Request time off and review your team's requests.
• Workspaces — Keep shared runbooks, checklists, and notes close at hand.
• Org Chart — See reporting lines and who approves what.
• Vaults — Store and share credentials, Wi‑Fi passwords, and secure notes with the right people.

Everything is organized by your role, so you see the tools you actually use, and push notifications keep approvers in the loop the moment a request comes in.

Shiloh works with your organization's Shiloh account. You'll need an app URL and sign‑in credentials from your administrator to use it.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.7.0 — 2026-08-25

Shiloh 1.7.0 keeps mobile preferences and workflows aligned with the web app:

- Sign up for text notifications with explicit consent and phone verification, replace the connected number, or stop texts from your profile.
- Choose text routes independently for approval requests, approval decisions, facilities assignments, and weekly goal check-ins.
- Configure weekly goal reminders independently for email and Shiloh's in-app notification center.
- Administrators and managers can edit or delete calendar events, choosing one recurring occurrence or the full series.
- Recommended and required update prompts now open the correct App Store or Google Play listing.

### 1.6.0 — 2026-08-23

Shiloh 1.6.0 makes approval work more accurate and reliable:

- Group-assigned approvals now identify the correct reviewer.
- Emergency timesheets stay separate from assigned approval queues and require a reason before a decision is submitted.
- Facility, purchase, time-off, and timesheet review sheets now close immediately after a successful decision.
- Approval notifications focus on work assigned directly to the signed-in person.
- Facilities tasks awaiting budget approval now show the responsible person or group instead of appearing generically pending.

### 1.4.0 — 2026-08-15

Shiloh 1.4.0 streamlines Workforce time tracking:

- A more compact layout makes services, events, paid units, shifts, and timesheets easier to scan and manage.
- Workforce accounts now use the same branded header and dark-mode treatment as standard accounts.
- Worker identity appears once in the account header, while submission controls use shorter, clearer status text.
- Tenant ID and Workforce code fields no longer display example credentials that could be mistaken for saved information.

### 1.3.2 — 2026-08-13

Shiloh 1.3.2 brings a more complete mobile workflow for time tracking and timesheet review:

- Hourly employees can now see paid leave alongside worked time and view accurate payable totals.
- Submitted timesheets can be retracted, while returned timesheets can have incorrect shifts removed and be resubmitted.
- Per-service team members can add eligible Sunday services from mobile.
- Approvers can review timesheets, view paid leave and submitted units, correct shift times, approve submissions, or return them with a note.
- Workforce reporting now distinguishes worked hours, paid leave, and service units.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-08-11

Shiloh 1.1.2 makes Time Off eligibility clearer:

- Full-time and part-time employees retain paid-leave balances and request access.
- Volunteers now see that paid leave does not apply, without misleading historical balances or request controls.
- Team balances now show each person's employment classification.
