By doing this they will charge around 1-2 lakh with you. But after some time they didn’t provide service and very bad behaviour of employees. I thought it was only me but I discussed this more of my friends and everyone says I am having same incident but due to insult no body telling to anyone. Very worst. Even there customer care number doesn’t work. Beware they will ask you to keep paying money for services that can add upto 40-50k , promising that you will get job in 10-15 days for 35 lpa and once you pay the money , all their consultants disappear and no matter how much you try to reach them . You cannot !! They play with your mind because anyone who is desperate for a job will do anything about it , even pay extra. They are scamming people ### 1/5 — App made for scamming people *2024-12-19, version 4.5.0* This app is made only for scam. They initially asked to pay 3.5k and once they received the money they asked for 5.5k for enrolling and informed if I will not pay then the 3.5k is also going to lose. So I paid. Now there is no calls and even if I am getting any they are from the 3rd party consultancy and asking for more money. All the jobs posted there are fake else the requiter will ask for more money. There is no real jobs posted here. I faced but I will try to aware. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional *2024-12-19, version 4.5.0* I received a call from a representative regarding your paid services, and I was surprised by the tone of the conversation. The representative was unprofessional and even scolded me for not opting for the paid service. This approach is not only disrespectful but also discourages potential customers from engaging further. I suggest emphasizing respectful communication and focusing on providing value instead of pressuring users. It would significantly improve customer experience. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional Experience with Shine App Executives *2024-11-20, version 4.5.0* No one should ever consider downloading the Shine App. Their executives are highly pushy when it comes to selling the premium subscription. If you express hesitation or say you’re not interested, their attitude changes drastically. They become unprofessional and rude, revealing their true colors. I recently experienced this firsthand when an executive called me and, upon hearing that I wanted to reconsider opting for the premium subscription, responded with unacceptable behavior. Just want to know your personal information. ### 1/5 — Worst service ever *2024-11-03* Its been a week as I have taken an subscription for better job opportunities through Shine, before going for paid subscription I got calls all day back to back to take the service but once subscription taken its been more than 2 weeks didn’t got any call for job opportunities. I don’t believe that shine really forwarded my resume for 1000+ companies on that to as priority its really fake because if this really happens I may get atleast 1 call out of 1000+ and “Shine” doesn’t work for the amount which i paid, Im using other platforms for free I Atleast get 2 calls from companies for job opportunities they are doing their best for for free users. I regret taking paid service from shine I really suggest everyone not to get into this trap. “ THE WORST SERVICE EVER SEEN”. ### 1/5 — Poor services worst app ever *2024-10-10* Don’t subscribe or use this app it is a scam to lure premium from job seekers. They don’t even respond well and has ill mannered customer care executive who can’t even resolve your issue and if you ask them anything they start to misbehave. They promise you of highlighting your job but the irony is you don’t even get one relevant job on their portal. They won’t even mail you relevant jobs you have to create some alert they keep on asking you to fill forms which are irrelevant. Even after taking premium services I’m not able get one relevant job. This is a scam played by shine. Please don’t subscribe. ### 1/5 — Worst application *2024-09-16, version 4.5.0* Don’t try ### 1/5 — Hidden costs *2024-09-16* I don’t know if this is even authentic. I was made to make a payment and promised that nothing else will be asked for. That for educational background verification I was asked to make a payment of 4700 rupees right away on the call itself. RM was not allowing me anytime to think or check and very rudely said that he wouldn’t be able to help me if I don’t make the payment and cut the call. I’m sure further he would ask for fees for work ex verification which he mentioned on the call. This is the worst experience with a job portal. I paid 3197 rupees which as per the promise mad to me was the only fees. And after mailing, no one is responding to me now. This should go to as many people as it can, so that no one else gets trapped here ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Never trust Shine *2026-04-15* Never entertain shine people. They are not at all transparent on their charges for their number of different paid services and will keep on sending the payment request one after another. And of course they have NO REFUND POLICY. They will heavily charge you and the amount will keep increasing with each transaction. They will not give you any amount estimation and will keep sending you transaction request once the previous one is done. Even if you ask them multiple times how many payments are pending they will smartly play with words and manipulate you make the payment. Don’t fall for 25L package dream they are scammers and forget about the service it’s not even worth a penny ### 1/5 — Jobs❌scam✅ *2026-01-28, version 4.6.11* I am job seeker who was looking for opportunities and this shine people called multiple times and asked to join paying 3.2k and I have paid. After that there asking for job and education verification 5k and 9 k after that resume writing 17k like that there will take Lot of money. There will keep you in call and take all money one by one like how scams we see in Instagram. This is not about money more about genuine and trust. I will suggest go for Naukri Premium a LinkedIn Premium, where we will be knowing what we are taking and what value it will be adding. This shine app is totally scam. Don't pay any money for this. ### 1/5 — Be Alert! Don’t buy any subscription from them! Totally waste of money and feels Insulting *2026-01-24, version 4.6.11* THEY MADE ME FEEL REGRET AFTER BUYING THEIR SUBSCRIPTION. Some lady will call you 100 times for buying their subscription and assure a hell lot of things they don’t even know. They’ll charge 3000 for resume highlighter to top consultants & recruiters. Believe me there is no way we can confirm to which recruiters they’ve reached out for us. This will be followed by a call from specialist Mr. Abhishek. His job is to sell you some document verification worth Rs. 4000 for which he will go to any extent and make you feel to unsubscribe in the call itself. On asking about it, he will openly say “There is no refund. Do what you want”. I just hope no one else fall for their trap and hence writing this review! It is a total waste of money and your time. ### 1/5 — Tatti Services(Potty) *2025-12-03, version 4.6.8* They don’t know what is the profile and what is the matches they just send faltu jobs links and recommendations which is not matching 1% your profile, at the very first they provide you false information to realise they are really caring of you and they asked you charges one by one starting from 2500 and end 10k once you done the payment after that no one will ask you even they don’t know who are you, and in your app dashboard you will get all unnecessary jobs unrelated positions ### 1/5 — Be aware of being scammed by Shine Paid service *2025-12-02* Shine does false commitment and ask you to pay a huge amount more than a lac (1.5 lacs in my case) but their trick is they won’t tell you in advance that you have to pay this much of huge amount. Once you pay 3000 then they will send you another invoice more than the last amount and they keep telling you that they won’t let you down and give you good leads what you deserve. Guys, do not trust them, I invested and it’s one month now I didn’t get good leads, however they said i will see changes after a week. They are here just selling their course n products on the name of Hindustan Times and they will show you it’s GST number in google and all. The person assigned as Relationship Manager has never mentioned that there will be so many additional costs even after asking about the amount. After paying the under mentioned amount, they are asking me to pay additional 25,000. I feel cheated and want to discontinue the services. Please suggest my steps. With permission from your team, I have recorded the conversation and can share as evidence. ### 1/5 — Misleading Paid Services on Shine *2025-10-10* I applied for jobs on Shine on 8th October and soon received a call claiming to be from Shine, asking me to pay for services to help find a job. I paid ₹3,500, then ₹5,100, and later ₹9,100, believing it was for legitimate guidance and resume services. They kept pressuring me to pay more, eventually asking for ₹14,800, which made me suspicious. When I requested a refund, they refused, and now they are demanding sensitive documents like PAN card, education certificates, payslips, and phone verification, which seems unnecessary. I trusted them and lost ₹18,000, but received no real service. Their team plays on emotions and pressures people into paying for services that are never delivered. Most of the so-called job links they provide are nothing new—just listings from Naukri or LinkedIn, which many of us would have already applied to. They advertise themselves as the second-largest job portal, but in reality, they seem to be second-largest only in terms of fraudulent practices. Please be cautious and do not waste your hard-earned money on such deceptive services. ### 1/5 — They are making fool of their customers *2025-07-16* Please dont buy any paid service from shine as they are not able to provide anything they are making fool after buying their service. They are asking for more money for different services which they didnt told me during initial phase. Their RM Rohit told me that they are enhancing my profile and they require verified candidate and for that i have pay more money again else they will stop my service which i have purchased yesterday.
