Better yet, each load (wash or dry) is $3, but the app only lets you load your account in $5 increments, meaning you will overpay for what you actually need. They have the audacity to charge a service fee on top of that. This billing practice is dirtier than my laundry is. This app has one of the most frustrating payment systems I’ve ever used. If you move to an apartment that has a washer and dryer inside the unit, there is no reason to keep using this app — yet they refuse to refund the remaining balance. Instead, their “solution” is to find a nearby laundromat with their machines and use the money there. Seriously? I now have my own washer at home, but I’m supposed to go to a public laundromat just because this company won’t return my money? This is a ridiculous policy and feels like they are forcing customers to spend money on a service they no longer need. Customers should be able to get a refund for unused funds, especially when the reason for leaving is simply moving to a place where the service is no longer required. ### 2/5 — won’t refund any funds *2026-08-05, version 4.92* we were forced to download this app by Princess Cruise Lineson a recent trip to Alaska in order to do our laundry while on vacation. It was difficult to maneuver through the app and add funds most likely due to the Wi-Fi/location. I reached out to customer service multiple times, nothing. No solutions. No one’s come to look at the machine. No refunds for loads I didn’t even use. The only time I heard back they refunded me 3 dollars just for me to spend again to open the washer. Overall a terrible company. I kiss coins and the laundromat. ### 1/5 — Took funds *2026-08-28, version 4.95* I added a card in preparation for a trip we are on, but did not make a deposit. Soon after I received an email that I had deposited funds with a link to click if I had not deposited money. When I clicked the link and informed them of the error, they said the money was non refundable , but that I could remove my card and transfer the account to another person. While I did remove my card after this, they took my money without my consent and no satisfactory resolution. ### 1/5 — Impossible to pay for other cycles. *2026-08-27, version 4.95* - Impossible to pay for cycles other than the single one programmed in (e.g you can’t pay for a 3.75 cycle, it’ll only let you pay 3.50). - No Apply Pay and egregious fees (almost a dollar on a 15 dollar top up). ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-08-21, version 4.93* Machines don’t work. Took me about 20 times to connect to the washer. Never connected to the dryer. So now I have a pile of wet clothes. Won’t refund your money as well. Don’t use the machines and go somewhere else. ### 1/5 — Poor Service *2026-08-21, version 4.93* I happen to use the dryer at the Hampton Inn in New York and after loading the required credit, the selected dryer was showing out of order on the screen display. To make a claim you have to send them an email and while my clothes are wet, I can’t use another dryer without adding more money in it. I might get refunded but what’s the point if I am a visitor in the city. Basically lost my money. Real poor customer experience. If you run such service at least have the decency of being my reactive or else you are scamming your customers. Instead this created a new account but won’t let me verify the email because it’s already in use. I deleted the new duplicate account which seems to also have deleted my original account. Now any attempts to log in or sign up are met with an error. I CAN’T DO MY LAUNDRY!! Please fix this, this is beyond frustrating! You also can’t be logged in on more than one device so I can’t even use my partner’s account, and the laundry room in our complex no longer takes coins.
