Гибко настраивайте медитацию для себя, добавляя в конфигураторе разные виды медитации и разную продолжительность практики. Для каждой медитации вы получаете то, что нужно сейчас именно вам — практика в приложении ShineUp подстраивается под ваши интересы и текущую ситуацию.

В приложении вы сможете:
