로그인을 하고 어플에 들어가서 송금을 할때 두차례의 비밀번호를 눌러야 합니다 바로바로 연결이 안되어 시간이 오래걸리고 번거롭습니다

This is the worst design for a banking app I’ve ever come across. Not only is it ugly and poorly designed, it’s like they’ve sat down and tried to make it as difficult to use as possible. Every part of it is a horrible experience to use, from the keyboard and way you input information, to the layout of features inside the app, to the way you access account information, and make transactions - it’s as if it was designed by a team of blind monkeys. Truly awful. Unbelievably, they just updated the app and didn’t change a thing. I thought at last they were going to give the app a redesign but they did nothing but add fingerprint login. It’s like a banking app when they first came out that hasn’t had an update in 15 years. Truly terrible experience.

The app sometimes will not work for hours and the bank does not communicate with customers.  I understand that these things happen sometimes, but at least send emails to your customers sharing updates.   Now that we use the app for QR payments, it’s a big mess when it doesn’t work for an entire day.

Mình xài nhiều ngân hàng thấy app shinhan tệ nhất trong các loại app, chậm chạp, vì cty chi trả tiền qua shinhan thì mới dùng, k thì mình k bao giờ dùng

어차피 자동응답같은 댓글 달리겠지만 너무 짜증나서 글 남깁니다. 한국 같은 서비스를 바란건 아니지만 앱 바뀐다고 이체도 안되고 뭐하면 로딩에서 멈추고 고객센터 전화해서 한국인 담당자 바꿔달라면 월요일에 연락하라고하고. 지금 앱 상태가 이런데 주말에는 쉬시나보죠?(이런 앱 업데이트하고 고객 컴플레인 이정도면 보통 회사면 비상 아닌가요?) 별점 0점이 없어서 1개 줍니다

어플 업뎃 이후 atm기로 입금된 내역은 왜 몇일이 지나도록 내역에 안뜨나요?
금액이 변경된것도아니고 어플 사용하면 사용할수록 정말 짜증나네요

회사 계좌 모바일 뱅킹 아예 안됨. 
지점 방문하여 문의하니 사용자가 복수 지정되어 있어 안된다는 말도 안되는 소리를 함. 또한, 결재 지급 기능은 PC에서만 가능하다는 엉뚱한 소리를 함(구버젼에서 잘 사용하고 있었는데)
빠른 수정이 필요함.

Your password entry system is mad and not secure. It forces people to wright down the password in hard copy!!!

The App must support pasting from a password manager. It’s totally not correct how it is now. I know you mean well but it’s mad.
