Can’t change plans, can’t cancel plans!!! Why!? Because they don’t want you to leave and they “hope” you forget and eat bank acct. monthly.

Unable to change plans.
Even though I have vehicles added, they don’t show up in the drop-down when trying to buy a plan.

Literally the two things I wanted to be able to do without talking to somebody who wants to upsell me all day.

I put the wrong phone number in and no way to back that out of your registration. I guess I won’t be giving shiny shell my business. No way to back out it just wants to verify incorrect phone number.

The overall wash made my car looks great. No water spots as the dryer dried 99.9% of the car and only had to dry a few spots myself. Love the free vacuum and multi cleaners.

Now for the app, why am I forced to spend $100 for 4 washes all at once? Why not let us buy washes separately? I’d love to be able to buy 1 premium wash on the app and then take my car to get it done. I can only assume it’s to force customers to come back as they know they have 3 more washes they already paid for which is bad business. Like I said I love the quality of the wash I got and that would bring me back but not forcing me to come back because you want a lump sum of money for a couple washes.

Add singlewash purchases on the app please.
