Yes, you do need to enter a valid email address so that you can email in a pdf with all of your photos. Cannot enter shipping or receiving dates accurately. No way to save the photos on the iPhone. No way to transmit the PDF file. It repeatedly pulled “email not configured” errors despite me entering all of the required information correctly. The company is aware of this issue and suggested I reinstall the app and try again. Same problem. Ended up having to take the suggested 12 photos three times (because the app doesn’t save the photos to your camera roll) and email them to the company directly.
