## What is Ship Drawing Map?

Your vessel's drawings and manuals in one place — and they stay on your device.

To know one windlass you open four things: the general arrangement for where it sits, the hydraulic diagram for its power, the wiring diagram for its supply, the maker's manual for its brake capacity. Manholes, cell guides, valves — the same hunt every time.

WHAT IT DOES
· Import PDF drawings and manuals — copied into the app, nothing uploaded
· Full-text search across tens of thousands of pages, instantly and offline
· Equipment cards: every document, manual page and pin for one piece of equipment on one screen
· Pin tagging on drawings: tap a spot, tag the equipment, find it again later
· Korean, Japanese and Chinese documents are searched properly, not just English

ASK YOUR OWN DOCUMENTS — PRO
· On-device AI answers only from the documents you imported, and shows the pages it used
· Runs offline once the optional model is downloaded (about 1.5 GB, over Wi-Fi before you sail)
· Scanned, image-only documents are indexed with on-device OCR so they become searchable too — Latin script for now (Korean and Chinese scans are not yet supported)
SDM Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

FOLLOW A SYSTEM
· Connect equipment on a drawing to enter piping and electrical systems yourself
· Pick a valve and follow upstream and downstream, see which valves isolate it, and what loses supply if it is shut
· Results come as a list; tap one to jump to that spot on the drawing
· It follows only the relations you entered — nothing is inferred from the drawing, and every result says so

ONE PROJECT PER SHIP
Each vessel gets its own project, so what you organise stays together instead of scattered across folders.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Your drawings and manuals never leave the device. The network is used only by the optional community and account features, and to download the optional AI model. Yard copyright, owner confidentiality and ISPS all point the same way — and it means the app still works mid-ocean with no signal.

Note: this app organises material you already hold. It does not supply drawings, manuals or class rules. Copyright in what you import stays with its owner (yard, maker) — import and use it only as your company permits.

Community and points are shared with the SeafarerJobWizard app family.
