## What is Ship Log?

Ship Log is a focused release planning tool for indie developers, app makers, and small teams who want a simple place to track what they are building next.

Create a log for each of your apps, add upcoming versions, and keep every feature, fix, and bug task organized in one clean checklist. Whether you are planning a small patch, a big feature update, or a long-running roadmap, Ship Log helps you see what is in progress, what is ready, and what has already shipped.

Track each app separately, organize work by version, reorder items as priorities change, and mark tasks complete as you go. When a version is ready, tap “Ship it!” to mark it as shipped and keep your release history tidy.

Ship Log can also help you prepare release notes by grouping items into New Features, Fixes & Improvements, and Bug Fixes, making it easier to turn your work into App Store Connect update text.

Features:

> Create separate release logs for each app
> Add versions for upcoming releases
> Track features, fixes, and bugs in each version
> Reorder items as plans change
> Mark items as complete
> Collapse completed work to keep active lists focused
> Mark versions as shipped
> See which apps are currently in progress
> Optionally fetch app name, icon, and live version from an App Store link
> Generate formatted release notes for App Store Connect
> Sync your data privately with iCloud

Ship Log is designed to stay lightweight and practical: no complicated project-management setup, no noisy dashboards, and no account required. Just a calm place to keep track of what you are working on and what is ready to sail.
