## What is Ship SDL?

- Our app takes the uncertainty out of your shipping experience. Shop your favorite online stores and receive alerts when your package is safely scanned into our US Warehouse. Enjoy full access to your package history details.
- Receive further updates when your packages are in transit to freeport, arrived on island, awaiting customs clearance, and available for pickup at our local warehouse.
How to use the app
Download the app and sign up for a free account using your Full name, email address, telephone number, NIB number and a government issued ID.
Once packages are received at our US warehouse, they will appear in your package history dashboard.
Receive additional alerts when your packages leave our US warehouse, arrives in The Bahamas, processed through Bahamas Customs, sorted at our local store and delivered to the customer.
