My clubs arrived on time to their destination and although the course was closed on the scheduled pickup date for their return, they made it home on the day that they were promised. Sent my clubs out for a 4 day trip with my dad and brother in-law. Got a call as I’m leaving for the airport that my clubs are lost and they have no idea where they are. I was told to write a description of my travel bag and what’s inside. Still have gotten zero updates from them but at least they were honest and promised me I wouldn’t be seeing my clubs in the next 2 days. If ever….. To say this has been awful experience is an understatement. If I could give 0 stars I would. Just take your clubs on the plane with you. At least the airport knows where the clubs are and usually drives them out to you within a day.
