You can’t reach people when you have a problem, they send you straight to the chatbot on the app, that doesn’t do anything other than regurgitate info already present on the website. Sent my clubs out for a 4 day trip with my dad and brother in-law. Got a call as I’m leaving for the airport that my clubs are lost and they have no idea where they are. I was told to write a description of my travel bag and what’s inside. Still have gotten zero updates from them but at least they were honest and promised me I wouldn’t be seeing my clubs in the next 2 days. If ever….. To say this has been awful experience is an understatement. If I could give 0 stars I would. Just take your clubs on the plane with you. At least the airport knows where the clubs are and usually drives them out to you within a day. My clubs arrived on time to their destination and although the course was closed on the scheduled pickup date for their return, they made it home on the day that they were promised. Even a couple of years ago when we had the big snow storm and trucking stopped for 3 days they got my clubs to me in Siesta Key Florida with a Ship Sticks manager driving them to me.
