Loves to say I’m in motion when I’m not. Have to close the app out and resign in to get it to refresh. Oh and while I’m trying to sign in, I get the circle of death on every page of the app. Again, have to close out and resign in. Why? Why does it just circle forever? I waste an hour total throughout my work day waiting for your app to load on every trip. Ridiculous in 2026. We shouldn’t be getting updates once a year either… ### 2/5 — False motion detection *2026-06-17, version 10.0.8* There is potential for the app to be really great, but it detects motion when I'm at a complete stop, so I'm always logging out and logging back in to get it to stop. This removes all my information and gives me a QR code for the out gate. ### 3/5 — Not the worst. Needs improvement *2026-05-25* Biggest impact is the motion detection. Great at telling when the vehicle is moving, really bad at telling when it’s not moving. I have to close out of the app and re log in every single time I want to use it when I stop moving. App works fine when it works. It’s a little slow for the modern era but over all fine. ### 2/5 — Motion detector *2026-03-03* I have to reboot my phone to make the motion detection icon go away…even when sitting still for up to 5 minutes ### 1/5 — App suddenly stopped working *2025-08-07, version 10.0.6* Worst ### 1/5 — Needs fixed!! *2025-07-08* I have apple 14 pro and this app continues to freeze up- say I’m in motion when I’m NOT- and I constantly have to delete it and add it back to my phone, I have to log in again- to get in Railyard- then again when I’m inside of Railyard to pick up load- then AGAIN to get out of railyard. That’s ALOT of deleting/adding/logging back In and TIME!!! Please please please fix this- no one should have to deal with this on a daily basis several times a day!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Qbar *2025-04-27* My app won’t generate the Qbar for check in and when I’m trying to Bobtail out there is not option to generate a bob tail out. I had to go to the office to generate a ticket to checkout as a bobtail. Please add a Bobtail option to leave the site ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-03-05* App is currently and has been not allowing me to access to any part of it for 2months . Called tech support and still no follow up or attempts to fix the problem. What a waste! ### 4/5 — Motion and usage *2025-01-21* This new app has significantly improved and appears to have promising features in the future. However, it also includes unnecessary features, such as the Motion Detect screen usage disable feature on a working task app. This feature defeats its purpose because a driver has to read while working by taking screenshots of the task or writing down the information on a piece of paper, which defeats the purpose of the motion screen disable feature. Additionally, this feature creates unnecessary stops in the yard and increases the risk of collisions and in yard conjunction. It would be much better to remove this feature. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2024-12-23* Should of left old app alone. This app sucks, b/c it doesn’t even go all the way through when you out gate each time. And if it doesn’t you cant refresh to start over with a new load until it times out which is the next day. Then when i stop, I just close and restart app because it’s faster than it recognizes that I’m no longer moving. And sometime’s it decides I’m moving when I’m not. Mind your business. It’s nearly flawless. My only complaint is the motion detection.
