Today no waiting orders. Got WhatsApp from shop but order didn’t appear until next incoming order accepted. Then magically it was there as if it had been accepted itself. Used to give up to 75 minutes warning to plan to be at the restaurant in time to pick up. Now have no time at all. I know the customer isn’t too bothered because they ordered for the 15 minute slot after the delivery time, but if I don’t hit done at least 1 second before the delivery time the manager gets it flagged as late. Keeps telling me to give feedback but bombs out when I say ok. Would be better if accepted orders were in order of delivery.
