Today no waiting orders. Got WhatsApp from shop but order didn’t appear until next incoming order accepted. Then magically it was there as if it had been accepted itself. Used to give up to 75 minutes warning to plan to be at the restaurant in time to pick up. Now have no time at all. I know the customer isn’t too bothered because they ordered for the 15 minute slot after the delivery time, but if I don’t hit done at least 1 second before the delivery time the manager gets it flagged as late. Keeps telling me to give feedback but bombs out when I say ok. Would be better if accepted orders were in order of delivery. Help function does not work either. ### 2/5 — print too small *2025-08-23* It's hard to read when driving the print is so small. Also, the driver should be able to see how much tip and commission they are making before they accept the order. Not being able to see if we are tipped or not until after our shift is very very frustrating. With all the features and capabilities of Shipday we’re able to keep tabs on all orders, drivers, payouts, restaurants reports and much more. The best thing about this is the care that’s put into this application constantly perfecting it. We have browsers many apps before Shipday and none of them come close to it. Especially with all the active integrations they have live. Ubereats, chowly, toast, and even more. He wants a slave to work for him, or rather, a donkey to deliver orders. The dirtiest company in the history of the delivery world! ### 1/5 — Poor communications *2024-02-26* Here’s the thing. If you’re going to update an app and make changes to the interface, to how it’s used, and to what things an end user can and cannot change, SAY SO IN THE APP. Put up a “see new changes here” banner. But whatever you do, do not make the changes and leave them for people to find. It will frustrate them unnecessarily at exactly the wrong time. Zero stars.
