TAKE BREAKS WITH A CLEAR END
A break unlocks after each focus session. Sessions are 60 minutes by default, and you can change that in Settings.

When you're ready for a break, choose its length and use your apps. When the break ends, blocking resumes automatically and the next focus session begins.

MAKE ROOM FOR A MEAL
Take one 60-minute meal break each day.

LOCK IN WHEN YOU NEED TO
Working outside your work hours? Type in a task and tap Lock in to block distracting apps until you mark it done.

UNLOCK APPS FOR A TASK
Some tasks need the apps you blocked. Unlock them for that task, then tap Mark done to resume your normal blocking rules.
