I can use all other online apps at my phone except this one. It takes long to get feedback they say 48hours after u log a complaint. After the 48hours you’ll have to wait again 7 days to get your money refunded on deposited to your recipient. I have been struggling to keep up with my instalments and bills because there is no consistency with the bank. Every month I'm struggling to have a smooth transaction of funds from my ShipMoney to my home bank account. If it’s not wiring problems it’s money gram blocked funds It’s so frustrating and painful using this bank. ### 1/5 — Worst payment service *2024-09-10, version 2.28.1* Every month is a constant hassle sending money back to your home country from having to reload beneficiaries , to deleting and redownloading the app The customer service is awful as well as my self and many of my colleagues have had a negative experience with the service department of ship money . From delaying reply's to even blocking once phone number. If there was a noter way to get my salary id that it in a hart beat .
