I can use all other online apps at my phone except this one. It has already been 7 working days like they said and still nothing. I have contacted my bank back at home and there is also nothing. I didn’t have to go online to the website since this app is completely useless even after registering my phone. It’s even harder when on a cruise ship to get into the app and I’m forced to pay international roaming charges to use my data abroad to access any of my money. I also have friends that had money hacked from this account and it took months to resolve. It takes long to get feedback they say 48hours after u log a complaint. After the 48hours you’ll have to wait again 7 days to get your money refunded on deposited to your recipient. I have been struggling to keep up with my instalments and bills because there is no consistency with the bank. Every month I'm struggling to have a smooth transaction of funds from my ShipMoney to my home bank account. If it’s not wiring problems it’s money gram blocked funds It’s so frustrating and painful using this bank. ### 2/5 — Simple yet Arduous *2023-05-02, version 2.15.8* As a crew member who is forced to use this service i can appreciate the move to a more simplistic and sleek design for the new app and website, however ShipMoney remains a headache for remittances as once they have sent money incorrectly to another person and more recently put holds on your funds without any notice.
