I am extremely disappointed with Shipmozo’s service. We shipped a parcel with proper packing and a full packing video as proof. Before the parcel even reached the customer, the weight mysteriously decreased. The customer refused to accept it due to the mismatch.

Shipmozo is by far the most incompetent and clueless shipping aggregator I’ve ever dealt with. Their team has no idea what they are doing. They assign so-called Key Account Managers who don’t understand even the basics of logistics. My experience with their managers, Akash and Mriganki, has been nothing short of a nightmare — easily the most clueless and unhelpful people I have ever come across.

Parcels keep getting delayed for no reason. Even prepaid parcels fail to get delivered — forget about COD, that’s a distant dream. They have lost shipments and had absolutely no idea where they went. When you ask for updates, they fumble, give vague excuses, or simply don’t respond.

If you value your customers, your time, and your business reputation — stay far away from Shipmozo. They will cost you sales, frustrate your clients, and leave you with zero support. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Without any reason they hold your COD remittance. Fake weight discrepancies. Fake RTO.. no Customer support. Fraud Company. Don't use shipmozo.

Earlier the app had a lot of bugs. No back button on any screen, we had to close the app to go back and no proper information reflected regarding orders placed. All 0 orders. And now after latest update app not opening. I have iOs v15
