It works, but it’s not user-friendly at all. ### 4/5 — Does what I need give me access to settings *2025-10-29* This gives me the option to change the speed and density for my thermal printer. Which makes all my prints come out much clearer otherwise. However, when I try printing other labels that should be in compliance it prints a black square. But after that’s done - printing hasn’t been any issue for me. There is no stable connection and literally nice spent hours going back and forth with this printer for months. Unfortunately, the pdf file size is 8.5 x 11. No matter how I edit or crop the filon my PC, I get a blurred shipping label on my 4x6 printer. I tried this app and it was so easy to use. I was Previously using FBA Print app with my Jaden’s Bluetooth Thermal Shipping Label Printer for the past 4 years. Today when I went to print a label it said my app no longer existed. I went onto Amazon to research and saw that the Brand was directing everyone to download this app in place of the old app. At first I downloaded what brand suggested but after careful review I saw the “Pro” app. This was the correct app. When I downloaded this app and connected it to my printer via Bluetooth I was able to recognize my printer right away and start printing again. Because I had already been using this printer for the past four years, I did not need to watch any reviews and I only print 4X6 labels. No adjustments needed to be made and everything works as it did before.
