I uninstalled the app then added it back, unplugged the machine, and checked to make sure that my Bluetooth was connected. This is very frustrating because I have a lot of things to ship. ### 4/5 — Info on how to print pdf *2025-12-08* I was having issues printing pdf files from sources other than direct upload to the app. when you open a pdf e.g. in safari, press share > print > share (again) > Shipping Printer. At first, I didn’t use this however, I realize it will do more than 50 labels at a time which is particularly important if you’re doing a show on Whatnot. using the retailers app there are always nice cute icons however it limits you and then they want to charge you to do more than 50 or it just simply can’t do more than 50. This one is just bare bones and once you figure out how to use it, it works great! If you just want to print 4x6 shipping labels from eBay or PayPal and you have no interest in connecting to your social media accounts, etc (???) then this is your app. It can be opened from the eBay or PayPal Print window for immediate printing of a single label, or shipping labels can be saved into a folder in the iPad Files program for printing later.
