It took them 6 months to find some items I had purchased. And recently I have asked them to purchase something for me through their new service and they bought the wrong items. It took them more than a month to fulfil the order and made the most basic mistake. The worst part is that their customer service doesn’t even respond to emails. I will have to charge back the almost 500 USD I paid them for this service because they scammed me! Don’t use them, they don’t care about their customers. Shame on you Shipping Cart! ### 1/5 — Avoid them! Use other forwarders! *2023-05-14* They lost the item I ordered from Amazon. Ever since they moved their warehouse to Oregon, their service has already become unreliable. Use other forwarders like buyandship philippines! ### 1/5 — Very poor for US. Other GEOs are very good. Don't use US *2023-04-14* Since they moved to Oregon it's has been a disaster - 6 months and very little improvement. Customer Service r is either overwhelmed to the point they are not responding (even with the previous "we are sorry" messages) or they are deliberately ignoring customers. ### 1/5 — Run away - never use them *2023-02-25* They took my money on Dec 2022 and late Feb 2023 have yet to ship the items I paid to ship. Shameful business practice. They promise updates, expedites and them close your support request as resolved - yet your items are still Not shipped. Feb 23, 2023 they announced it is taking 88 to ship SEA shipments. That is 88 days to package your items and turn them over to the shipper - Parent company of QuadX and ShippingCart. Then another 6-8 weeks before arrival. Do the math and it is 5-6 months to get your items. They even encourage us to use other suppliers. So it has to be real bad Run Forest Run!!!!! ### 1/5 — Find another freight forwarder. *2023-02-22* *Expensive Rate *Tons of delay, they will wear you down and ask you to wait. Even if you paid air shipping and its been more than a month already. Save yourself from headache and dont use them. ### 1/5 — Oregon warehouse not shipping packages *2023-02-21* Packages shipped to Oregon warehouse are not being shipped out right now, due to a backlog that has been going on for 4 months and counting with no resolution in sight. ### 1/5 — Took one year - SUPER SLOW *2023-01-31* December 17, 2022- Item delivered to their warehouse January 2, 2023 - uploaded to my cart February 1, 2023 - still preparing for shipment Its now February 2023 and the item has not been shipped. SLOW service. Avoid this company at all costs. App works okay, but the company’s service is SLOW.
