I have 20 months of dispatch, 20 months of received paperwork, 20 months of missing paperwork. If the company needs it, if ships mobile needs it then they should keep it. I graduated college decade ago and software for businesses just couldn’t be more ridiculously useless. There’s no practical reasoning for users friendly for truckers. Load information is ridiculously chaotic, just a huge dump of verbiage that truckers are supposed to decipher and organize for practicality pertinent to business performed sometimes many times a day. I took screenshot of app for load information to my dispatcher. He was stupefied at how horrible the word dump was on load information. I hope and pray someone with more than 3rd grade education can make this app organized and practical for CMV freight. Also recently weigh station cops did DOT inspection which FMCSA DOT requires said inspection must be sent to safety ASAP, but the app doesn’t even have this option. ### 1/5 — Can't login in *2023-08-10, version 4.0.32* Can't login and use it say can't authenticate ### 1/5 — Needs Major Improvements *2023-04-20, version 4.0.28* The app is good, but seriously lacks any kind of thought when making it when it comes to daily use. First off when sending a batch and checking scanned paperwork when in the send batch screen, it backs out of the send batch screen completely, then you have to tap the send batch button again. Have it back into the send batch screen instead. Second, allow scanning of multiple sheets of BOLs or other things at one time. Just put in a question if you want to continue. Work flow is important, and the devs need to look into this. Now It makes my phone crash often and the app freezes. I’m considering deleting it off my phone and tell my company they will just have to wait till I get back to the yard every 2 weeks to get the BOL s from me. Update 7-21-25 Now the messages won’t load anymore and dismiss all don’t work. For the last 6 months or so, no notifications. I’ve seen the printed scanned docs not bad at least payroll & our Customs Dept have no problem reviewing them. I was using a scanner app & a fax app before the CMC I find this much easier & quicker to use ### 3/5 — Accumulates data in cache *2023-08-09, version 4.0.32* The app accumulates Data over time and takes up multiple gigabytes of (documents and data) on the iPhone. Keep a record of the files sent on the phone along with the files themselves in case it needs to be resent.
