Not worth the £45 a month at all. Too unreliable! ### 2/5 — Newest version is a joke *2026-08-04* Newest update has dramatically slowed productivity as it is riddled with bugs. Every time I try to change a selection to the order/shipment I have to force close the app and restart to continue. Can’t change the shipment date and if I try, I have to force close and start over. If I touch anything it won’t let me print the label and I have to force close and then find the shipment and try printing from there. The previous version wasn’t perfect but at least worked and was fast. This newest update REALLY screwed things up ### 1/5 — GLITCHY!!!! *2026-04-19, version 2.11.03* Can’t go on the web version because it doesn’t let you scroll to the other side of the screen and you can’t even sign into the app because it glitches out when you try!!! Great way to save on postage, track shipments and run sales. However the last several months the app refuses to work on my android. Freezes, dead pages, numerous resets do nothing. I’m still using it on my desktop and iPhone but would love to have the issue resolved for the Android platform. ### 2/5 — please change insurance option *2026-01-28, version 2.10.9* there is no shipsurance anymore, please update to current parcel guard, otherwise there is no way to create label on the app with insurance ### 2/5 — Confusing !!! *2026-01-15, version 2.10.9* Why is the mobile app totally different from the desk top ?? U have to hunt for things and ### 1/5 — Hot Garbage *2025-12-03, version 2.10.9* Good luck getting a label on this app. Log into the app, then log into google to get a 2 factor code even though you’ve disabled that. Change to phone instead of email to make it easier. Nope deleted your phone number and replaced with the email you deleted from your account. Made it in? Ok, insufficient balance log on to the desktop version with more verification steps and unusable UI. Set up auto funds & add funds. Don’t worry auto funding wont work and the app still says insufficient funds. If you get lucky and make it past that you’ll likely hit an error that the UPS service you chose is now unavailable to your account. Try USPS or FedEx instead so your package can get lost & if I wanted that I could just use big cartel to directly ship packages.
