Every time I try to change a selection to the order/shipment I have to force close the app and restart to continue. Can’t change the shipment date and if I try, I have to force close and start over. If I touch anything it won’t let me print the label and I have to force close and then find the shipment and try printing from there. The previous version wasn’t perfect but at least worked and was fast. However the last several months the app refuses to work on my android. Freezes, dead pages, numerous resets do nothing. It is so confusing. You literally have to look and look and look to find what you’re wanting to do. You can’t download a label to be able to print it in the download file. I had to screenshot my label then email it to myself, then download it and then print it if I hadn’t put money on here, I wouldn’t be using this app and after my money is gone, I won’t be using this app again ### 2/5 — Poor Experience *2025-07-30, version v2.10.1* This app allows to check for new orders but has issues. It keeps logging me out for no reason at all leaving me wasting a lot of time entering my credentials all the time. Super frustrating ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — The app has not kept up with the service *2026-08-29, version 2.11.18* The app at this point is basically useless. I’m not trying to be harsh, but it simply doesn’t work. I’m an online seller with a couple hundred transactions a year, so not huge, but also not small. These are the issues I currently have with the app. 1. The app does not allow you to add funds to your ShipStation account. So if you don’t have enough money already in your account, you have to use a laptop or some other device to add funds first. 2. Shipstation only offers parcelguard insurance, however, it’s not available in the app. The app has the choice of shipsurance, which no longer exists, carrier insurance, which you are not allowed to choose, or no insurance. These two things seem very simple to resolve, however, they’ve been an issue for over a year. On your laptop/desktop you get to fight with printing, their solution ShipStation connect completely blows. Every time it gets an update it requires a re-login so I can’t run on an unattended machine reliably. Using the mobile app supports air print, which is a step in the right direction but then you can’t create a label in the first place using the app so what’s the point? If they would just fix the app, I would increase my rating ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-08-06, version 2.11.13* Laggy, buggy and works when it wants. Not worth the £45 a month at all. Too unreliable! ### 1/5 — GLITCHY!!!! *2026-04-19, version 2.11.03* Can’t go on the web version because it doesn’t let you scroll to the other side of the screen and you can’t even sign into the app because it glitches out when you try!!! Terrible app. Can’t even simply get logged in, let alone ship anything ### 1/5 — Nonfunctional *2026-04-18, version 2.11.03* I can’t even login to my account at all due to issues with tokens. It’s almost always an issue with this app. ### 1/5 — New color scheme is a joke! *2026-04-02, version 2.11* Fire your developers!!! ### 1/5 — Hot Garbage *2025-12-03, version 2.10.9* Good luck getting a label on this app. Log into the app, then log into google to get a 2 factor code even though you’ve disabled that. Change to phone instead of email to make it easier. Nope deleted your phone number and replaced with the email you deleted from your account. Made it in? Ok, insufficient balance log on to the desktop version with more verification steps and unusable UI. Set up auto funds & add funds. Don’t worry auto funding wont work and the app still says insufficient funds. If you get lucky and make it past that you’ll likely hit an error that the UPS service you chose is now unavailable to your account. Try USPS or FedEx instead so your package can get lost & if I wanted that I could just use big cartel to directly ship packages. Ship station makes shipping truly painful. ### 1/5 — Keeps logging me out *2025-11-30, version 2.10.9* Why do I have to put my password in twice a day. Evidently they don’t align with Google protocols so if you try to sign with your GOOGLE password - your locked out and can not get back to the Ship Station log in page ### 1/5 — Fix your app *2025-10-20, version 2.10.7* Constant issues with this app. Either it’s the “log into desktop so you can access the mobile app” error which pretty much makes a mobile app useless when you ask this every time or it’s the log in just for the app to crash and log you back out errors. It’s ALWAYS something with this app. Frustrating to say the least. ### 1/5 — Worthless App - Rate Calculator Broken *2025-10-15, version 2.10.5* The rate calculator in the app has not worked for several years on neither phone or iPad or any update. It just constantly stays in a perpetual state of calculating and never provide provides results. Furthermore, the website is not Mobile responsive.
