I love the convenience of it. However, I recently discovered I haven’t been earning reward points for my grocery orders. When I tried to figure out why, I saw that my grocery store (Reasor’s) was no longer listed under the reward account affiliates that I could link to. I don’t know if this is a company issue or an app issue. When I tried to bring it to the attention of Shipt customer service they just repeatedly gave me instructions of how to link reward accounts as if I didn’t know what I was doing. I can’t! My store isn’t listed as an option anymore. It’s just gone, without any notice that it was removed. The app gets stuck on one store, so the app has to be force stopped or even deleted to change shopping sites. Texting often doesn’t work because of app problems. Shoppers are paying less attention to details. I received 20 tomatoes and I was charged $26.10. Yes that’s right. Overcharged by $22.62 and I have sent them the pictures of the 20 tomatoes minus the two I ate and the receipt that was provided by my Shopper that I paid $26.10 and instead of the quoted price of $3.48. Do NOT get a Shipt membership or trust them with your credit card. I have sent them 19 messages and they’ve decided account credit of $11 instead of the $20 some dollars that they owe They have violated FTC regulations and essentially they have committed money laundering by not crediting my original payment and trying to give me a credit on my account of only $11 for their shopper’s mistake. ### 1/5 — App is buggy and delivery sucks *2026-08-02, version 2.304.0* I’ve had Shipt for over 6 years now but lately, it just stinks. The app is now very buggy and they’ve thrown in express delivery for more $$$. Hate it. Getting my order extremely early today when I said no and now will have milk and meat sitting outside for an hour. And the help chat? Oh sorry, we can’t do anything about it. Done.
