We have tested the feature across multiple addresses now in our latest update and have not come across the app crashing upon adding new recipients. His paperwork, which he need for court, STILL hasn’t arrived after purchasing a label on this app. Sad thing is there’s no bail and I can’t even get a refund for the service from UPS because I bought the label through you guys. I’m pretty sure UPS is slowing all the packages down now since we are buying from this app and not UPS. I sent an email and still no response. This is a scam or ripoff. We help people by giving them a discount on the same label they would purchase in store at UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
