We have tested the feature across multiple addresses now in our latest update and have not come across the app crashing upon adding new recipients. If your issue has been resolved, please reconsider your review. Otherwise, please share the address you are trying to add with us at support@shipwise.app so we can further investigate your concern! ### 1/5 — Do not use!!!! *2024-05-13* They stole my credit card and made fake invoices 6 months later to bill me for $127 in fake charges **Developer response:** We are disappointed to hear about your experience. The charges you mentioned are due to surcharges imposed by the carriers because the actual weight and size of your packages were greater than declared. These fees are set by the carriers and can take a few months to process as they verify the details after shipping. Please contact the carrier used for your shipments directly to receive a thorough explanation of these charges. Your trust and security are our top priorities. ### 1/5 — Late package with no refund *2023-10-18* I speaking for my father, who’s now incarcerated because the package was ridiculously late. His paperwork, which he need for court, STILL hasn’t arrived after purchasing a label on this app. Sad thing is there’s no bail and I can’t even get a refund for the service from UPS because I bought the label through you guys. I’m pretty sure UPS is slowing all the packages down now since we are buying from this app and not UPS. I sent an email and still no response. This is a scam or ripoff. Do not use this app. **Developer response:** Hello Ezer, We are sorry to hear that your package was delayed. Unfortunately, ShipWise is not a shipping provider. We help people by giving them a discount on the same label they would purchase in store at UPS, USPS, and FedEx. After the label is purchased, only the carrier can provide more details regarding tracking or delivery mishaps. Please note that legal documents should have signature requested, which is a feature available in our app. Ensuring that you have this selected, and the option to have an adult sign is also selected will make sure you have all the details you need. I wasn’t always this cool. I used to be “that guy,” you know the type: barely making ends meet, talking about how I’d make it big selling my merch. Things needed to ship free, and they needed to be cheap. Those are difficult demands. Now with ShipWise I can actually make ends meet! My wife is no longer threatening to leave me and take the kids!
