## What is ShiQing?

ShiQing is a poetic Chinese-language learning experience built exclusively for iOS, designed for kids aged 3-9.

We did something different: forget grade levels. Group poems by season and mood.

The 80 classic Chinese poems required by the Ministry of Education curriculum are reorganized into six poetic realms:
· Spring Brook — new life, willows, peach blossoms (16 poems)
· Summer Lotus — pond cicadas, gathering lotus (9 poems)
· Autumn Maple — frost leaves, moonlit longing (13 poems)
· Winter Pear — snowy nights, plum fragrance (9 poems)

· Childlike Heart — verses on animals, philosophy in play (17 poems)

Inside each realm, poems are ordered from gentle to grand. Kids pick them up one jade bead at a time.
