- didn’t connect at all or did it for a few seconds only 
- I met troubles with connection only _after_ 3 trial days, on my first payed days. It was perfect on trial somehow( 
- just 4 “turbo speed” countries in the list, the US is not in the speed list for payed subscription 
- support stopped answering me right after I requested a refund (bought 6 months subscription, I reached their Telegram support on its third day)
