This app is the best that I’ve seen in this area. Would love to see an update to it - solid idea and well done. 

Some ideas - 
*Sauna tracking. Especially in being able to track sessions for where rotating between sauna and cold plunge. 
*iCloud backup of data instead of local. New phone upgrade coming and don’t think my data will transfer.

I usually use my stopwatch on my phone, but it’s nice having everything all in one and it keeps track of temperature and my total time for the week.
