## What is Shizuku Pour Over Coffee Timer?

Shizuku is the pour-over coffee timer built for the way Japan actually brews specialty coffee.

Most timers just count down. Shizuku guides you through the full sequence — bloom, then successive pours — with the exact target weight and time for each step, and it advances on its own so you never touch a wet screen mid-pour.

AUTHENTIC JAPANESE RECIPES
• The famous 4:6 method and its variations (Balanced, Sweet, Bright, Strong)
• Hario Switch immersion + percolation hybrid
• The “Ultimate” V60 recipe
• Kalita Wave, AeroPress, French press
• Flash-brew iced coffee
Every recipe carries its water temperature and grind size — the details that matter.

HANDS-FREE BY DESIGN
• Steps advance automatically with haptic and audio cues
• Big, glanceable display
• Voice control: say "next", "pause" or "resume"
• Apple Watch companion — brew from your wrist
• Live Activity & Dynamic Island

MAKE IT YOURS
• Built-in ratio calculator — change the dose and the whole recipe rescales
• Create and edit your own recipes, step by step
• Tasting journal to track and improve every cup

Calm, elegant, and precise. Brew better.
