## What is Shizuku?

Shizuku is the pour-over timer built for the way Japan actually brews specialty coffee.

Most timers just count down. Bloom guides you through the full sequence — bloom, then successive pours — with the exact target weight and time for each step, and it advances on its own so you never touch a wet screen mid-pour.
