Месяцев 6 назад скачал игру и подключил подписку на месяц за 99 руб. Через месяц она кончилась, но продавать не стал. Сегодня 07.02.25 решил восстановить подписку на месяц. Сначала попробовал через приложение, то появилась надпись, что «что-то пошло не так». Тогда продлил через Apple ID- деньги с мобильного телефона списали ( 99 руб). Приложение стало глючить и вылетать через 2 секунды. Тогда удалил приложение и снова установил из магазина. Но теперь не активна прописка и ни героев, ни сезонов нет. Помогите восстановить подписку на месяц. Написал вам все это на почту 07.02.25.
