Shobar Dhaka is a citizen engagement management platform through which DNCC citizens can easily avail the services provided by the corporation in the areas covered by Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC). Citizens of Dhaka North City Corporation can download this app on their iOS mobile devices. Through this application, citizens will be able to submit issues like road, mosquito, street light, garbage, waterlogging, public toilet, drainage and illegal structure directly to the concerned officials and employees and councilors of DNCC. Here are the key features of this application: 1. Citizens will be able to submit their issues with real-time GPS location. 2. The Emergency Services section includes the option to call the National Emergency Helpline- 999, will be able use a special feature for women, "Emergency Alert" and emergency numbers of government services. 3. Location and directions to the nearest hospital, pharmacy, police station, bus stop, fire brigade, public toilet, STS etc. 4.
